Refunds & Returns Policy

At Kai Zen, every product is crafted and packed with care. We want you to love your order as much as we do. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Yoga Mats

Due to hygiene and packaging limitations, yoga mats cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please email us at info@kai-zen.shop if there is an irregular circumstance. 

Activewear

We accept returns and size exchanges only if:

• The size does not fit, and you wish to exchange it for a different one.
• The item arrived damaged or defective. In this case, you must send us a clear image of the damage before your return request is approved.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The activewear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, you will receive your refund or replacement within 14 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, worn or used items cannot be returned.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear images of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will review your request and provide return instructions accordingly.
